Full text includes "Proclamación de la República Número 13 - Colección compuesta de 30 dibujos Y llegó, por fin, el día 12 de Abril, en que se celebraron elecciones municipales en todos los pueblos de España, elecciones que se convirtieron en un verdadero plebiscito nacional, que tuvo la virtud de enjuiciar la monarquía. Efectivamente, ante la sorpresa del gobierno Berenguer y hasta de los mismos reublicanos, salieron éstos victoriosos en todas las capitales y hasta en villas de segundo y tercer orden por una aplastante mayoría de votos, viéndose ya, desde este momento, contadas las horas de la monarquía."
