Full text includes "Proclamación de la República Número 17 - Colección compuesta de 30 dibujos A media tarde se izó la bandera republicana en el Ayuntamiento de Madrid, dirigiendo la palabra al inmenso gentío allí congregado los concejales electos señores Trifón Gómez y Manuel Muiño. Lo mismo se hizo en el Ministerio de la Gobernación a las seis y media a donde fueron en automóviles los señores Lerroux, Azaña, de los Ríos, Albornoz, Alcalá Samora y Miguel Maura. Las ovaciones eran delirantes, el entusiasmo desbordante, los vehículos tomados por asslto por una muchedumbre incalculable."
