Full text includes "Proclamación de la República Número 22 - Colección compuesta de 30 dibujos A la ciudad guipuzcoana de Eibar le cabe el honor de haber sido la primera población de España en la que se proclamó la República, ya que lo efectuó a las seis y media de la mañana del día 14 de Abril. En efecto, a esta hora matinal se congregó frente al Ayuntamiento una muchedumbre llena de entusiasmo, con banderas tricolores, y procedió a izar en los balcones de las Casas Consistoriales el emblema de la República naciente, tomando posesión del Ayuntamiento los concejales electos en las elecciones del día 12."
