Full text includes "Nessuna meraviglia se noi oggi innalziamo la bandiera del- l'antibolscevismo. Ma questa e' la nostra vecchia bandiera! Ma noi siamo nati sotto questo segno, ma noi abbiamo combattuto contro questo nemico, lo abbiamo vinto, attraverso i nostri sacrifici ed il nostro sangue. Discorso di milano - 1-11-1986" followed by a signature.

The postcard includes handwriting (handwriting is unclear).
